Made-to-Order and Handmade Items

All sales of handmade and made-to-order items are final.

Once your order is marked as "Fulfilled," production has started and no cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted.

Please double-check your order details before submitting.
Non-Made-to-Order Items

You may cancel non-made-to-order items within 24 hours of order submission with no penalty.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

Refunds for unopened, unused non-made-to-order items may be issued upon inspection.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@prettyinpeony.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If you choose untracked shipping, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or misdelievered.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
