📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for your support of our shop! Please review the following shipping policies carefully before placing your order:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Handmade and made-to-order items (such as apparel) require an additional 1–3 days for production, including weekends.

Handmade / Made-to-Order Policy

  • Once your order status is updated to “Fulfilled”, it means production has started.

  • Orders for handmade or made-to-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified after fulfillment begins.

  • Please double-check all product details and your shipping address before submitting your order.

Preorders

  • When placing your order, if there is a preorder item (this will be indicated in the title and/or the description) your order will be held until the preorder arrives.
    • Pretty in Peony reserves the right to split shipping at our cost and discretion. 
    • An order may be split between preorder and available/on hand items at additional shipping cost and customer's request.
  • Canceling a preorder is subjected to a 20% restocking fee

Address Changes

  • If you need to request an address change, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or production has begun.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

Shipping Notifications and Delays

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • If there are any delays with your order (production or shipping), we will contact you immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

  • Please file a claim with the carrier directly if an issue occurs after delivery.
